Daily Duties at Washington Mutual Home Loans Wholesale Division:
Outside Account Executive, based from home. Acquire, manage, service, train and maintain broker accounts. Review website file input, monitor broker rate quick locks, and rate lock expiration reports. Review broker account productivity, quality, pull thru, and churn, EPD, FPD to determine continued partnership. Conduct individual & group presentations and training for technical/computer programs on company website software, credit pull/review, electronic loan package submissions, process, services and eligibility requirements. Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency of loan product guidelines, core products, niche products, state and federal compliance and daily rate matrix. Use superior knowledge of policy, procedure/ underwriting to structure loans for pull thru projections as well as volume/unit projections monthly. Strategically analyze performance, deploy new marketing strategies, effective pipeline management, manage broker/loan officer usage of automated underwrite tools, accurate reporting of commissions, develop/manage relationships with accounts, drive submissions, customer service, and meet all goals for volume and units. As well as continue activity to identify new accounts, business opportunities, networking, and participate in leadership, volunteer, and community activities. Employment ended as result of Division shut down due to industry conditions.
