High Ticket Conference seat sales to senior level executives in various Industries; The Houston Branch of Marcus Evans targets mostly the energy industry. Oil & Gas (Upstream, midstream, downstream), Utilities (Generation, Transmission, Distribution); Job responsibilities are as follows: Research to locate Corporate Level Executives, their direct phone numbers, titles, job functions. Also; develop contact base of executives that report or work directly with these individuals that are involved in conference topics. Develop effective Pitch strategies and get them on the phone. Pitch the conference, send them information and soft blow-out close in 3 day cycle. Daily, weekly, monthly goal setting; base plus remuneration pay schedule; Assist Team manager in training new recruits, aiding in pitch performance and overall performance of new recruits. Heavy computer and phone research; Accountable for daily phone activity, phone time, number of calls, number of e-mails or faxed agendas and closes to attribute to floor sales activity.
