Daily Duties at Calcivic Engineering, Inc.:

Assisted Project Managers in budget monitoring, obtaining field information, research, and preparation of property information. Analysis and design of projects consisting of existing structure improvements and new design of residential and commercial buildings, and non-building projects (including retaining walls). Prepared calculations and plans using AutoCAD. Executed projects through permitting process, including meeting with public officials; and teaming with internal staff and external personnel to ensure projects met schedules and client needs were incorporated into project final design. Conducted inspection during construction. Provided technical support and responded to requests for information (RFI’s) from architects, contractors and other project staff during all stages of design and construction. Assisted in surveying, lot line adjustment and preparing haul route applications.
