Daily Duties at Wheeler And Gray, Inc.:

Executed projects from start to finish of design. Prepared plans, calculations and estimate for projects consisting of existing structure improvements and new design of residential, commercial, school/ educational and institutional buildings, and non- building (equipment support and retaining walls) projects. Provided direction to, and performed checks on work done by internal project team members. Assisted Project Managers in budget monitoring, construction inspection and design of more complex projects, and conducted inspections during construction. Created new tools and learned new technology and programs to expedite final product delivery. Collaborated with architects, owners, contractors, public officials and other external project team members to ensure projects were executed in a timely manner and client expectations were interpreted properly and incorporated into final design. Responded to requests for information (RFI’s) and clarification during all stages of design and construction.
