Daily Duties at Cellular Sales/ Authorized Verizon Retailer:

-Manage both business and consumer wireless accounts by placing them on the right plans -Solve customer care issues such as incorrect charges, inaccurate plans, and damaged phones. -Set the schedule for the market(over 60 workers at 12 different locations) -Train sales representatives on the specifics of our systems and sales before they begin on the sales floor -Coach, mentor, and manage representatives after they have been on the sales floor to help them increase their sales -Set goals for representatives to attain on the floor and help them exceed their goals -Lead trainer for new representatives when they start working on the sales floor -Assisted in writing the training manual used to train the representatives in our market. -Travel to different areas for weeks at a time to help open and generate business for new stores -Recruit and pre-screen future sales representatives for sales positions. -Worked different trade shows such as state fairs and home shows to assist in expanding our market share -Ensure the stores have the right amount of inventory and supplies to operate efficiently -Collect and process the payments of customer’s wireless bills. -Resolved customer service issues as they arose -Tracked dealer performance for various teams
