• Created business development plan and an internal CRM (customer relationship management) program • Prepared all confidential employment contracts, pricing proposals, legal contracts, verbiage of both invoice and purchase order forms and correspondence for the company President • Assisted the Marketing department with web page development, direct mailing and trade show preparations • Responsible for scheduling, booking, ticketing and travel plans for the entire Sales, Nursing and IT Staff to National Trade Shows (self included)
