Daily Duties at Btx Air Express:

Supervise the international team directly in the corporate office and indirectly to all of the other office locations in the country. Communicate and manage our world wide agents making sure that all contact information is up to date and maintain a working relationship with all them. Negotiate rates with all vendors securing the best rates available for all international operation personel to utilize. Provide hands on status for all large shipments and projects to insure seamless operations. Provide shipment quotes directly to customers and agents. Confirm all vendor invoices are accurate and applied to the correct shipment before signing off and passing them to the accounting department. Handle any conflicts with customers and vendors to keep the freight moving along. Complete monthly revenue reports for the international department. Develope SOP reports for large customers and projects that demand seemless handling. Trane all new international employees either in person or by phone on BTX standards and operation procedures. Assist the IT department to insure that our software "BTX SHIP" is working properly and is up to date with all international rules regulations to avoid company fines and or company licenses "IAC & NVOCC" are not revoked. Initiate a quaterly meeting via video confrence with all station international managers to discuss issues and repair any problems and make sure that everybody is up to date with BTX SHIP changes.
