• Worked with top leaders to develop and improve policies and procedures • Recruited for positions in the back office support, assessed the candidates skill sets and made recommendations to the hiring managers • Coordinated and reviewed pre-employment paperwork, including drug testing results, references and background checks • Assisted in researching and developing Job Levels • Primary contact for 700+ employees across the US • Worked with top leaders to develop and train managers on Performance Management • Created and implemented a New Hire Orientation program for all new employees • Implemented changes to HR procedures to improve efficiency • Developed and revised employee handbook, policies and procedures • Worked with managers on Performance Reviews, including training and stack rankings • Assisted on due diligence, mergers and acquisitions • Developed online system to track all billable employees from start date to end date • Posted job openings at various locations • Worked with VP HR on HR Budget • Helped develop online vacation request system • Developed training programs for all employees • Managed SOX audits for HR Department and worked with finance on monthly, quarterly, and year end audits • Analyzed and negotiated annual benefit renewals • Created a Health and Wellness program • Created and maintained employee records in SAP – HRIS system • Worked with Logistics team on employee relocations • Worked with Corporate Counsel with employee relations and any investigations • Filed all annual compliance reports: EEO-1, 5500 • Investigated and resolved 401k issues and performed 401K audits as needed • Generated headcount reports on a weekly basis for top management and finance for reporting to investors; Maintained multiple organizational charts
