Improved location’s ranking from #43 out of 50 to #9 in less than 12 months. Managed a $20 million P&L. Led a team with 15 direct reports and total responsibility for 100+ team members, including 60+ production employees; Implemented process improvements increasing efficiency from 70% to 95%. Implemented wireless handheld computers for service team; improved metrics by 20%.
