Daily Duties at Joint Coalition Warfighting:

Currently serving as an integral member of the leadership team tasked with training, developing doctrine, leading training requirements analyses and providing globally distributed and interoperable training environments for all branches of U.S. Armed Forces. Assist in the preparation of integrated and interoperable forces for future CJTF Joint and multinational operations. • Highly experienced curriculum developer / instructor / trainer. Develops complex scenarios and MSEL events ensuring robust staff engagement between COCOM(s) and their joint staffs. • Responsible for development and coordination of complex sustainment and medical MSEL(s) and scenario development for CENTCOM, PACOM, EUCOM, NORTHCOM and SOUTHCOM. • Lead JS/J7/JCW/JED Sustainment Planner for joint exercises both CPX and FTX. Exercises include “Terminal Fury”, “Talisman Sabre”, “Panamax”, “Integrated Advance” and “Internal Look”. Also acted as sole medical planer for “Austere Challenge” developing MSEL(s) and scenarios that included Aeromedical Evacuation (AE) assets throughout the EUCOM theater. • Planned, managed and executed CJTF training in support of five worldwide CJCS directed exercises involving 100K+ troops and a budget of $12.5 million, Leveraging SME(s) with models and simulations to improve and provide realistic multi-functional medical and sustainment training. • Provides management and integration of joint capable models and simulations and provide leadership in the development of joint doctrine and joint training initiatives.
