Daily Duties at 43rd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron:

As the squadron’s first Chief of Process Improvement, led creation of the unit Commander’s inspection program. Delivered process improvement programs that led to squadron’s selection as AMC 2002 Outstanding AE Squadron of the Year. • As pilot unit planner, developed Mobile Aeromedical Staging Facility (MASF) augmentation, resupply, and AELT UTC concept of operations, annual pilot unit schedule, training plans, and mission capability statements. Produced corresponding war reserve materiel (WRM) allowance standard and pack-out schematics. • Turned around failing AE process, linking hospital, JTF7/SG, and helicopter transport resources, reducing evacuation time from one week to less than three days. • Designed, constructed, and presented the squadron’s first AE operations officer (AEOO) training program
