Handle non-corporate casework based on proven interpersonal skills. Represent clients at all levels of the immigration process; manage large caseload and perform all factual and legal research necessary; file petitions with regulatory authorities; represent clients before the US Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS)and the Executive Offices for Immigration Review (EOIR); negotiate settlements with government attorneys; work closely with staff of paralegals and serve as valuable reference for responding to Requests for Evidence; and prepare motions, appeals and waivers to numerous government agencies and US Embassies and Consulates overseas.
