Daily Duties at Sam's Club:
Run the marketing and operations departments of a $70 million store by: building on existing relationships with business members by learning and meeting their specific needs. Acquiring new business and advantage members through drives, presentations, cold-calling businesses and PMP events. Teaching and coaching associates in order to exceed expectations in member service, credit sign-ups, new membership and premium membership sales. Managing 50+ associates, create employee schedules for 8 departments, and controlling wage expense. Managing over 20 cash registers, main cash draw, change orders and deposits.
