Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard:
Provide tier 3 level support for the HP Indianapolis sales center of 250 user environment with additional support for approximately 50 remote users. I maintained desktop, and laptop systems, servers, network components, and telephony for sales center. I Implemented project rollouts and upgrades as requested and provided software support for Oracle, Siebel, Lotus Notes, Watson, MS Outlook, Proxies/I.E. explorer, Onestop, SAP, etc.
