Daily Duties at Csg International:
Developing and executing strategic plans designed to drive incremental revenue and maximize operating margins. •Leading the overall product vision, direction and P&L management of three product portfolios including Customer Intelligence (operationalizing predictive analytics), Interactive Messaging and Customer Interaction Management accounting for over $30M in annual revenue •Effectively managing the entire product lifecycle which includes identifying and understanding the business need, developing the product vision, market research, competitive analysis, developing the business case, facilitating product development and managing the successful product launch. •Developing the business model, pricing strategy, marketing plan, case studies and ROI of the solution •Leadership of team consisting of 10 product managers and analysts
