Daily Duties at Owosso Heart Institute:
I did Nuclear Stress Tests, EKGs, Nurse Visits, all vitals, assisted on all codes, started IVs daily, specialized in the most difficult of veins, did blood draws, daily and monthly tests on nuclear equipment, did ECP patients, ordered ALL of the office supplies and Equipment-Capital(so I was familiar with negotiations). I dealt with all of the Pharmaceutial samples and ordered them. I often had to explain them to the patients. I was in charge of OSHA, Fire Safety, renewing Licenses. I also kept a book to keep track of the doctor's CMEs. I booked all flights, hotels, conferences etc. for the doctor. I filled out all of her paperwork to establish her as a new physician at two new hospitals. Many Administrative Assistant duties, though I was not technically that title.
