Daily Duties at E J Enterprises Inc.:
Responsibilities included assisting the sales department by preparing queries and attaching them to the order request form and packing slips; keeping the workers in the warehouse informed when new orders came in to keep continuous productivity; scan test reports using Doc Star system for sales department to use as a source of information for customers. Also conducted weekly back-ups of all information put into DocStar system; handled all UPS shipments, as well as scheduled all common carrier pick-ups for on–time deliveries, and kept track of scheduled in-bound deliveries. Maintained all Will-Call, and Common Carrier logs. Responsible for running and submitting monthly reports from AS400 system to the VP of the company. Kept track of all Visa and MasterCard transactions, and batched out daily.
