Daily Duties at The Shelter Group:
Compliance Manager - Successfully managed H.U.D / Section 8, Tax Credit, and T.I.C. files. Ensured requests verification of required residents income, banking, Child Support, Pension, Social Security information was sent and verified in a timely manner, entered income calculations into YARDI to print out forms 9887, and 50059, Tax Credit income, leases, and renewal letters. T. I. C. applications were completed for H.U.D. residents. Also handled transfers and 30 day notices for breaking lease terms. Provided training to newly assigned Leasing Consultants. Certified Occupancy Specialist ( C.O.S. )
