Daily Duties at Grady Management, Inc.:

Community Manager - After 30 days as a Compliance Specialist, promoted to a Community Manager. Successfully managed an eighty-six unit H.U.D. community. Responsible for Move-ins / move-outs, Section “8” waiting list, Recertifications, upkeep of the units and grounds, and tenant concerns. Safety, weekly and monthly reports, community budget. Handle the daily operations of the community. Improved the safety and quality of life of the community, successfully had several problem tenants remove, and have been on the President’s list consistently for the last eight months for ensuring all units are occupied.
