Sr. Project Manager * ScrumMaster for business development demonstration projects and events (using sticky notes and chart paper) o Utilized scrum for a small team of developers to quickly build Telematics demonstration software o Created “Scrum On One Page” which is posted on Alistair Cockburn’s website at: http://alistair.cockburn.us/get/2736 . This diagram helps to graphically illustrate the Scrum Alliance’s description of scrum. This is now used as a training tool within the company. * ScrumMaster for IT development of back-office Telematics features and Mobile Apps (using VersionOne) o Working as an internal agile/scrum evangelist, I’ve helped expand the use of agile techniques and principles at HTI. Over the past 10 months, more teams are moving to scrum, using VersionOne to do release/sprint planning and tracking. o Mentored colleagues in agile principles and techniques. * Cross-functional management of the Next Generation Telematics project for Mercedes-Benz of North America * Led the supplier selection & project execution for adding Device Management to the list of HTI services
