Daily Duties at United States Army :
Oversee the analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation of US Army National Guard personnel initiatives for Fort Eustis, VA. Serve as Senior Advisor to Senior Director. Collaborate with internal functional departments to conduct business and competency needs assessment and redefine and / or create highly effective learning solutions. Handle human resources functions including monthly situational reports to higher headquarters, manage new hire and benefits administration, and serve as HR Recruiting and Retention officer / advisor to HR manager, Possess strong knowledge of various company education topics including Ethics and Code of Conduct, Debt Collection, Management / Leadership.
