Facility operations to include security, engineering, grounds, production and environmental services $13 million in revenue, budget and variance analysis Procurement, sales, marketing, contracting, customer service to 13 hospitals and 50 medical centers and regional inventory management Cost consulting, customer and vendor meetings, budget and variance analysis Administrative operations such as procurement, payables and receivables Managed $15 million construction project and $5 million in renovations HR functions and evaluation reviews of 145 employees, productivity/process improvement and work place safety Served as chair and co chair on Inova’s Panel of Experts, Work Force Management Team, Department Director Advisory Council and Management Team Reward and Recognition Task Force Emergency preparedness and business continuity on a local, regional, and federal level
