Daily Duties at Mayo Clinic Cancer Treatment Center:

I have been working for the Melanoma Treatment Center developing advanced AI-based analyses of clinical trial laboratory results (unsupervised classification and hyper-dimensional pattern recognition), and using this to model complex immunological responses of patients undergoing experimental chemo/immunotherapy. I have designed a layered computational patient model and expert system to predict patient response to treatments and to select and assign patients to the most favorable treatment. This work is on-going, and leverages the excellent research of the Melanoma Treatment Center and their director - Dr. Svetomir Markovic. • Author technical R&D proposals and serve as PI for ARL and Mayo Clinic. • Propose, plan, and lead execution of all technical and programmatic efforts including experimental prototyping, engineering design for fabrication, validation and verification testing, and all reporting and publishing. • Design and define architecture for large-scale computational models of human immune systems • Plan and develop functional and practical expert systems for patient diagnoses • Develop circuitry and [chemical] sensors for clinical and pharmaceuticals laboratories
