Daily Duties at 3 M Orthopedics Division:
Meet orthopedic surgeons and develop relationships with them, concept sale of new and existing products to them in surgery, conduct trials of product in surgery, sell capital budget items to hospitals, manage casting contracts and expand the 3M casting tape business. Often, the new products we sold change the docs surgical protocol, making it a more difficult selling process.
