Daily Duties at Barton Protective Services:
Manage security operations for multiple sites and over 100 officers. Wrote and tailored post orders for each individual site. Managed the payroll and benefit programs for my officers. Oversee that all sites had the right training program in place for tailored to each site. Maintain a good customer relationship. Set up of all new contract and hire all required number of supervisors and officers.
