Daily Duties at Liberty Mutual:

Coordinate 20–25 capital projects simultaneously within the New England area, to include directing all aspects of the project life cycle from planning and development to delivery and closeout. Write request proposals for bidding, approve contractor bids, and negotiate contracts; reviewed change orders and managed implementation of change requests to ensure smooth operations. Communicate with Facility Managers to develop long-term capital plans for each facility; oversee project schedules and discussed critical information with all team members.
