Managed and conducted tests per the project specifications testing plan; • Supervised inspection of the site to ensure conformance to contract requirements and compliance with safety and environmental policies; • Managed construction trades to include pipefitters, ironworkers, masons, carpenters, mechanical and electrical; • Estimated and procured material to maintain deliveries ahead of schedule; • Inspected and supervised all concrete pours for waste water tanks and facilities. • Managed and performed daily construction activities and scheduled inspections of completed work; • Interpreted technical information in the contract drawings, specifications, and technical reports and provided information to the subcontractors and technicians in the field; • Conducted earthwork inspections and supervised all laboratory and field tests; • Inspected steel reinforcing, lap splices, tie wire, concrete form spacers, clear cover, and form work (alignment, square, plumb lines, etc.) as per approved drawings; • Inspected metal accessories and structural embed installation; • Inspected concrete placement, including mix design as per approval by engineer, slump test, concrete temperature, cast cylinders, concrete truck tickets, concrete finishers tools, and concrete placement; • Verified appropriate correlation of MEP works with civil works; • Manage schedule of concrete deliveries with concrete supplier, included interval time; • Inspected civil material deliveries (rebar, W.W.F, soil, gravel, embed plates, etc); • Prepared and analysed method statements of civil works; • Maintained record filling system of all QC deficiencies and rectifications to include acceptance documentation; • Estimated and procured all civil and exterior finish materials; • Built and coordinated sample panels for exterior finishes; • Conducted dry in roofing inspections for all roofing on the job; • Maintained all heavy equipment, dozers, loaders, track hoes, dump trucks, cranes, snorkel lifts on the job.
