Daily Duties at Aerosoles:
• Monitored the inventory procedures and processes with $20MM value for 110 retail and outlet stores. Settled all 3rd party vendors’ receipts for retail stores and processing for payment. • Evaluated in-transit report from warehouse about inconsistencies in shipments and initiated claims for lost merchandise. Conducted daily reconciliation of unknown sales, shipments, transfers, and returns transactions that were not recognized by the system. • Offered instructions and continuous support for the development of inventory controls and shrink results. Assisted monthly retention and special projects as assigned, as well as new store openings throughout the country while training new store managers on inventory procedures.
