Daily Duties at Simplex:
Sold fire alarm, security, and clock equipment to new and existing commercial customers. Design custom systems to meet the code requirements of the facility type as per the Canadian Codes and Standards for fire alarm systems. Engineered the systems based on the system circuitry, capabilities and features requested by the customer. Strengthen relationships with the existing customer base and cold call on new business prospects. Conducted lunch and learn opportunities for end users, contractors, electrical engineers and the authorities having jurisdiction (Fire Department Inspectors or Fire Marshalls). Work Simplex booths at trade shows or conduct presentations at trade shows. Manage the installation process of the sold jobs.
