Provided technical leadership and training to employees. Managed 10 employees in the alarm and detection department. Schedule service technicians and inspectors to provide the best service and meet contractual obligations. Conduct surveys of customer sites to provide Fire Alarm and Security Systems to meet or exceed codes and standards. Control inventory by maintaining the correct level of critical service parts, lowering the overall cost of inventory. Repaired the large scales network systems and managing large installation projects Maintain customer relationships, focusing on retention and growth of customer base
