Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard:
Drive accelerated growth into the SMB, Public Sector and Commercial markets. Accountable for 750 employees in sales, customer service, order management and IT. Sales growth into the SMB market was priority one. I was on board from day one of the SMB sales organization and was involved in every aspect of the business as we built it; hiring, training, recruitment, sales quota, phone systems, order systems, performance management, recognition, CRM tool, lead management, inbound metrics (abandoned rate, close rate, attach rate). I also was responsible for communicating and doing presentations throughout the company to ensure our progress was well recognized.
