Patient account management to ensure effective billing and collections processes, practice reporting with analysis and presentation. Handled accounts payable, office expenditures, and budget preparation Personnel responsibilities included recruiting, interviewing, performance management, salary reviews, training, new employee orientation and performance appraisals. Revised, implemented and monitored all practice policies and operating procedures. Conducted reviews of all procedures to ensure adherence to current business and clinical practices. Designed patient information (clinical and business), coordinated with external marketing organizations, advised clinicians on best practices for improving patient management and handled all practice marketing efforts.
