Drove product sales with the directors of hospital pharmacies, demonstrated "smart" pump capabilities to high-level nurse managers, made financial presentations to CFO's, sold our wireless connectivity solutions to CIOs, planned and managed the logistics of wireless IV pump implementations in hospitals. Led a team of 4 account managers through the complex process of selling "smart" IV pumps to all using departments of the hospital, developing nursing product champions, and a "majority quorum" of product committee members who would vote for our product over the competitors.
