Coached, trained and managed staff of ten (10) while addressing the needs of this unique service in relation to the patient population. Direct patient contact from initial LASIK consultation to scheduling with a conversion rate in excess of 70%. Developed external advertising and marketing materials and worked collaboratively with advertising networks/marketing organizations to differentiate the quality of service and overall patient outcomes to create multiple marketing advantages in the local marketplace.
