Daily Duties at Fenwick Keats Real Estate:
I am independent contractor that rents, sells and markets residential properties such as condominiums, Townhouses, co-ops and homes. The job of a selling realtor is to provide sales analysis for clients to position their residences at current market prices. This is done by comparing selling prices of homes that are similar in rooms, square footage, location and sometimes building amenities offered. After gathering that information a selling price is offered along with immediate marketing of the client’s property throughout the Real Estate community. As a Fenwick Keats Goodstein Realtor you are trained to market, photograph and stage your client’s property for inquiring buyers. As a Buyers Realtor you search properties the client is seeking in size, pricing and location. As a member of the National Association of Realtors our standards are to represent all clients honestly and ethically in all negotiations. In my experience as a Manhattan Realtor I have had numerous appointments with client properties from $6.5 million to $4500 rentals. As a realtor I capture new clients thru cold calling, leads and networking. I also update clients on new real estate laws or properties that are currently on the market.
