Daily Duties at Aramark/Cape Fear Valley Medical Center:
Coordinated and managed capital equipment purchases to include; installation, implementation and training. Facilitated ongoing Change Management classes for the entire hospital staff as needed/requested using Appreciative Inquiry and the Six Sigma Change process methodology. Successfully managed project resources for the ongoing construction and equipment installation projects where all timelines/project objectives were met. Managed and maintained $21 million equipment budget for ongoing new construction project; through multiple negotiations, was able to end the project under budget by $85,000. Presented capital equipment budget plans to senior hospital administrators; resulting in the development of a the master facility plan. Successfully developed and maintained vendor relationships; resulting in recieving superior customer service. Ensured that all Joint Commission and Safety Guidelines were met for each project. Consulted with department directors/managers regarding the development of departmental equipment budgets and long-term equipment planning.
