Set strategic direction and guide day-to-day operations for Community Service Division’s 7 in-home programs serving 3,000+ frail seniors in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Direct budgeting and P&L management for Medicaid Waiver and State programs: Channeling Project, Project Independence at Home and Douglas Gardens Community Care programs. Manage 90 staff, subcontractors and $30 million operating budget. Write grant applications to receive funding from non-governmental funders.
