Direct HealthCare Oversight of 100 adults with MR in Day Center and 26 Residential Homes. DON for 64 Residential LPN's, DON of FT Day Center Clinic supervising 3 FT LPN's, 1 RN manager and Health Service Manager.Responible for all Health Service budgeting, QI/QA/Risk Management/Care Planning/Medicare/Medicaid/State Funding.
