Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin:
Provide guidance to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Institutes and Centers in planning, coordinating, developing, and maintaining evaluations of programs. Conduct and lead technical reviews of evaluation proposals. Apply professional knowledge of scientific principles, mathematical methods, statistics, and evaluation research concepts and tools to improve proposed evaluations and studies. Provide timely analysis and evaluation of key policy and program issues for NIH Office of the Director, Congress, and the public.
