Daily Duties at The Natural Path To Wellness:

I started this position as a consultant to upload clinical data to a new EMR system. I was promoted to Office Manager when the doctor observed my ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks at one time. Now I have organized and scanned all active clinical files and am working on the inactive fines. I have increased the efficiency of this office by 50% by reducing the paper pushing. I also have decreased the cost of copying by 75%. I serve as the front office registrar, entering all clienta demographic data into the EMR, schedule appointments, collect fees, post payments, file claims, balance the cash drawer, keep payroll, file all documents, scan all new client documents, answer phones, download and distribute faxes and emails from the internet, conduct research on line for the doctor, and resolve any claim or billing issues.
