As the General Store Manager I was responsible for the daily operations of the store. These duties included the Staffing and Training of all hourly Crew Members (Pharmacy & Front Store) and Front Store Salaried positions, Cash Management, Inventory Management, Merchandise Management, Sales Management, Profit-Loss Management and Risk Management
