Daily Duties at Carmichael Consulting, Llc:
My responsibilities included but, were not limited to the position of Chief Operating Officer for a 27 unit Gas Station/Convenience Store Chain operating in the states of Louisiana and Mississippi. The focus of this turnaround engagement was to successfully operate, manage and market this chain of stores for our client, a foreclosing lender. Also, Fuel Inventory & Marketing Manager, Daily oversight of Fuel inventory levels, fuel order(s) proposed & placed, fuel retail price analysis by grade with respect to cost (FIFO) and competition retail fuel pricing, maintain proper fuel margins to increase fuel volume(s), reconcile and process fuel credit card receipts and all fuel related invoicing.
