Visited all 10 retail stores on a weekly basis . Managed 50 employees. Purchased product and also made sure that the product was distributed to all the stores in a timely fashion. Hired and Disciplined employees. Handled loss prevention. Administered AP/AR. Direct store managers as to their overall functions. Trained store personnel.Took appropriate action on any issues that would arise in each store.Assessed every employee each quarter on their performance. Performed my duties w/o supervision.Communicated with all employees. Would take on other duties as asked.Performed all essential functions of all store positions.Enforced store and company policies.
