· Led a team of 21 Independent Contractors, 5 managers and 11 employees in the sortation, distribution, delivery and pick up of packages generating over $3 million in annual revenues. · Directed a sales staff that Increased revenues by 35% · Directed a team of 130 employees in the automated sortation of 18,000 packages per hour within a 300,000 sq ft facility. · Package handling, training coordination and operations supervision led to management positions and opportunities where I helped FedEx grow revenue.
