Oversee the procurement, production, and service of food to all customers of the facility. Run professional and staff development activities. Oversees and maintain the personnel and training functions of all foodservice employees. Control costs to maximize profits. Prepare financial data for corporate accounting and make decisions to improve profitability. Communicate with the client, customers and supervisor to maximize satisfaction. Communicate and exhibit compliance with company and client policies, procedures, rules, and mandatory regulatory requirements. Maintain workplace professionalism.
