Daily Duties at Tri County Community Action Partnership:

Applied strategic planning, prioritization and project management skills toward consistently achieving critical deadlines while maintaining high quality standards. Performed comprehensive evaluations and assessments of CARE Act grant awards in relation to Planning Council priority service recommendations. Effectively analyzed processes to define inefficiencies and provide expert recommendations to boost productivity and performance. Tracked the timely allocation of funds, base on the Planning Council priorities. Determined the accurate amount of Formula and Supplemental awards for each provider in accordance with the requirements of NJ Purchasing Law and as directed by the Cumberland County Purchasing Office. Issued grant awards, notices of suspension, and termination as well as providing detailed service provisions, timetable, and budgets. Performed ongoing evaluation of fiscal activities of all providers as required by HRSA/DHSA.
