Daily Duties at Crd Med Services:
Pharmacist in charge supervising 3-5 employees. My duties included, but were not limited to inventory monitoring, maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly inventories, as required by state law. I ordered and monitored security of class II narcotics and kept daily sales and inventory records for class II narcotics. I was responsible for hiring and training new employees and monitored work flow procedures for ways to imporve productivity in the pharmacy. I communicated daily with clinic staff as well as physicians regarding prescriptions that were unclear and/or needed specific directions for the patient. When needed I was a customer representative and addressed issues relevent to the client retention, complaints, and/or concerns. I was also charged with the responsibility of monitoring closure of the store and keeping in compliance with Texas State Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations regarding closure of a pharmacy.
