Daily Duties at Pride Pharmacy Carlisle:
My duties and responsibilities associated with the position of pharmacist in charge (PIC) included, but was not limited to, maintenance of daily reports for sales and medication orders. I maintained daily inventories for class II narcotics as well as weekly and monthly inventories of all medications as required by law. I was responsible for supervision and training of 3-5 employees. I monitored and maintained security of class II narcotics and the pharmacy. It was also my responsibility to interpret and fill prescriptions, counsel patients, and provide comprehensive one-on-one counseling to patients who had been recently diagnosed with HIV and/or were just beginning therapies for HIV/AIDS.
