Directed the Data Processing and Check Printing IT divisions—serving state budget management and fund distribution functions—holding full responsibility for operations, teams, projects, and services, in alignment with senior Treasury leader and partner state agency requirements. Managed secure data exchange / data sharing with state agencies for Treasury’s AS/400 and the enterprise data warehouse, Management Accounting & Reporting System (MARS). Selected, negotiated / contracted with, and managed third-party vendors. Administered $500,000 operational budget and directed team of 6 IT professionals
