Brought on board to replace the aging COO in order to increase profits via the addition of new product lines, reduction of waste and redefining the corporate culture. The position was responsible for managing operational P&L, key performance metrics, developing and implementing manufacturing and technical operations strategy. The scope of position included manufacturing, packaging/distribution, R&D, quality, engineering, and facility management operations in North America.
